We are heartbroken to share that an early morning fire on June 18th caused devastating damage to the warehouse, and all the contents were completely lost, including more than 800 mattresses, 500 dressers, and a warehouse full of other furnishings, all of which were earmarked for families in urgent need. While we are incredibly grateful that no one was hurt, the fire has clearly had a significant impact on our ability to serve clients.
At this time, we are unable to accept furniture donations as we work to identify a temporary space and begin the process of restoring our operations.
We’ve been deeply moved by the outpouring of concern and support from our community. Your generous donations of gently used furnishings, volunteer time, and financial contributions have always been the backbone of our work.
At this time, financial support is the most effective way to help. Your donation will allow us to secure temporary space, replace essential inventory, and resume providing critical furniture to individuals and families transitioning out of homelessness and poverty.

We are sincerely grateful for your compassion, solidarity, and offers of assistance. We will continue to share updates as we move forward together.
