The 2026 Race for Rest 5K starts at 9am on Saturday, October 24th! The paved 5K course begins and ends at Monday Night Brewing’s Garage location. Parking is free for race participants and the location is Marta accessible (yeah, public transportation!) We also highly encourage runners to carpool or use Uber/Lyft. Come ready to run (or walk) and support Atlanta families in need! All funds raised will support Furniture Bank programs.

After the race, join us for the official 5K after-party inside Monday Night Garage — featuring live music, games, top-finisher awards, and a free beer for runners (21+)!
