Furniture Bank clients are served on a referral basis ONLY. The Furniture Bank does not accept drop-ins. Please note that you will not be able to get an appointment for furniture from any of these organizations unless you are accepted as a client for the service(s) they provide in the community. Each agency has its own expectations and requirements for clients.
Delivery is required if you qualify and are approved for assistance. We do not allow clients to pick up their own furniture.
Follow the three steps below to confirm you qualify and connect with a referral agency.
Does one of the following describe your situation?
- I have been homeless
- I am a survivor of domestic violence
- I am living with HIV/AIDS
- I am low-income and living without furniture because of an event such as fire, bed bugs, flooding, etc.
If one of these describes your situation, please proceed to step #2 to confirm your zip code is on our delivery list.
Below is the Furniture Bank zip code list. Please confirm your zip code (for your furniture delivery) is in the list below. Approximately 86% of Furniture Bank clients reside in its “regular” delivery zone. The remaining 14% are in the extended area.
